ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Damaged or tampered products are not eligible for return

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Opened or used fragrances
• Gift sets that have been partially used
• Items purchased during sale or promotional events

REFUND PROCESS
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 2-3 business days
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
