What is Extrait de Parfum?

Extrait de Parfum is the highest concentration of fragrance available — typically 20–40% pure fragrance oil. EKDIA uses 35% pure oil, which means longer longevity, deeper sillage, and a richer scent experience compared to Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette.

Are EKDIA fragrances unisex?

Yes. All EKDIA fragrances are crafted to be unisex — designed for anyone who appreciates fine fragrance, regardless of gender. Scent has no gender at EKDIA.

How long do EKDIA fragrances last?

EKDIA Extrait de Parfum fragrances last 13–15 hours on skin, and even longer on fabric. Because of the 35% pure oil concentration, a little goes a long way — 2 to 3 sprays are typically sufficient for a full day of wear.

How many sprays should I use?

We recommend 2–3 sprays for everyday wear. Apply to pulse points — wrists, neck, behind the ears, and inner elbows — for maximum longevity and projection. Avoid rubbing after application as it breaks down the fragrance molecules.

Where should I apply the fragrance?

Apply to warm pulse points: wrists, neck, behind the ears, inner elbows, and chest. The warmth of these areas helps diffuse the fragrance throughout the day. You can also spray lightly on clothing for longer-lasting scent.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our fragrances at www.ekdia.in, add your chosen scent(s) to cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. EKDIA offers Cash on Delivery across India. A partial advance payment may be required for COD orders to confirm your order. This helps us ensure genuine orders and faster dispatch.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are processed securely.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be packed and dispatched. Please contact us immediately at ekta@ekdia.in if you need to make changes.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email and/or SMS immediately after placing your order. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. EKDIA ships internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by destination. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

How long does delivery take within India?

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders faster. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

How can I track my order?

What if my order is delayed?

While we strive to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues or high-demand periods. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at ekta@ekdia.in and we will investigate and assist you promptly.

Is my order insured during shipping?

All EKDIA orders are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. In the rare event of damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it immediately.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns for opened or used bottles. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

What if I receive a damaged product?

We are sorry if this happens. Please contact us at ekta@ekdia.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at ekta@ekdia.in within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will arrange the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost.

How long does a refund take?

Once a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.
